Wow! What a rip off. I ordered screen protectors for the Sprint Touch Pro and I got the protectors for the Sprint Diamond. They don't respond to your emails. I would never buy from these sleeze balls.

Well, I have to admit butterflyphoto did a great job delivering my Canon HF-10. The price was by far the cheapest. The site was not so great but the product arrived 7 days after ordering and in perfect condition. After placing my order I logged onto resellerratings and I read all the bad reviews about butterflyphoto. I called them up the day after I placed my order and after being transferred to 5 different people they told me they did not have my order in their system and that I needed an order number before they could do anything including canceling my order. I waited it out and the next day I get an email saying that my order is being processed. About 4 days after placing the order, I was emailed telling me to call them up because I “qualified” for some special coupons. They obviously were trying to sell some warranty and wide angle lens. I declined and the salesperson was not pushy and the call took about 30 secs. I’m not sure if I needed to call them but I did anyway. The product arrived 3 days later via DHL and required a signature. The product was entirely new and in perfect condition. So overall, I got a perfect product at the cheapest price and it arrived 7 days after placing the order. I just don’t think they offer any customer service and I would hate to think about what would happen if I wanted to return something.

I purchased a D200 w/ 18-200 Lens Kit from this store. I ordered the camera on Sunday evening. I called up customer service several times to make sure everything was O.K.. Excellent customer service. Never waited on the phone very long. It was shipped from the Tenn warehouse. They apparently have 3 warehouses (Tenn, CA, and TX). It arrived on Thursday morning in perfect condition. It is not a gray market camera (serial number begins with a 3). Appears brand new. Overall, this was an excellent experience.
