I can't complain about the service at the store other than they didn't have what I wanted in stock and I had to wait for it, but the wait wasn't long. I did run into several problems with the laminate flooring I bought. Pieces didn't want to stay together, there were so many bad pieces that I spent a few hours separating them to use the bad ones in concealed areas... things like chipped pieces, different thicknesses from one plank to the next, large blemishes, locking edges that were defective or totally missing, etc. It was my own fault that I didn't take the bad planks back to exchange them, but I always buy plenty more than I need of such items as I live so darn far from everything it's a real hassle if I have to go back.

What makes me really worry is that I did research and checked the bad reviews of their products and weighed it against all the good. What I've discovered is that they don't post many bad reviews at all, so a search on their site is skewed. I've tried twice to add a review about the product I purchased and followed all their guidelines for what wouldn't be appropriate to post. Nothing happened. No doubt it will never be posted unless I wrote one that praised their product. Buyer beware.
