Put in an order and didn't hear anything until 8 days later when I received an email that said it was canceled. They offered no reason, justification, or any form of reconciliation.

Ordered a Nitrus mp3 player that showed in stock and continued to show in stock for the next week within their main website. My order status, however, showed that the item as "on order." This company fraudulently advertises in stock items and should not be trusted.
