Much to my surprise, on the 22nd I had still not received my merchandise. Customer service reps had no recourse other than to tell me to check with the Post Office. They said they couldn\u0027t ship UPS or Fed Ex because of the materials. That\u0027s funny, I\u0027ve ordered the same thing from other companies and received them 2 to 5 days later via UPS. \u0022Contact the post office\u0022 she says. Obviously, she\u0027s never tried contacting a Government agency by phone at Christmas. I\u0027m very disappointed.
