This was my first purchase through ClubIT and it couldn't have gone smoother. I picked up an MX Revolution with these guys and they sent it out the same day via FedEx ground, and it got here in three days. Couldn't be happier. =)

Very happy. Found something I wanted, ordered and it shipped out the same day and arrived exactly when they said it would, exactly as it looked on the site. Packaging was great for the product, no issues at all. Will gladly do business with again.

I recently purchased a LN52B630 Samsung LCD TV and a Techcraft HBL52 TV stand from Amazon Warehouse Deals via the Amazon site. Customer service was good, though I did have to pay for shipping on the TV when it said it was free. I called Sales and they said it was labeled incorrectly. Either way, the TV came in perfect condition (I see no defects even though it had one or two listed) and the TV stand also came in great condition. I was able to use the trial Prime membership to get the TV stand overnighted on a Saturday for $7. Not bad!

As always, dealing with Amazon is fast and painless.

I've bought a handful of things through iPd, including spacers, brake fluid, CBV, and most recently their OBDII reprogramming/diagnostics tool. Lucky is a good guy to deal with and customer service with these guys is outstanding. If you're looking for Volvo parts, these guys are good.

I recently looked around to purchase a washer and dryer. I found that most places online would cost about the same after installation and so on, plus you don't get the ability to point fingers if something goes wrong like you do going to a B&M store.

That said, I went with Lowe's for two reasons:

1. Best selection at a store I liked (don't care for the other larger chains), and
2. I got a 10% off coupon from the USPS for moving. Always a plus.

After the 10% off coupon, the prices were about the same, plus I got free installation. The washer and dryer were installed and there was an issue during installation where they cracked the basin that goes under the washer to catch any water and drain it out of the house. I called up and they scheduled a maintenance to replace the basin and install a new one, free of charge. They also said if anything is off, to call up and they'll come out and get it fixed up.

So far, I've been happy with the service. I had to keep on the sales guy about the basin replacement, but even then I only called twice and it was scheduled. Of all the big chains, when it comes to washer+dryer, I'd recommend Lowe's (as well as Bosch).

I ordered a Koni FSD + Eibach suspension kit from NA Motorsports for my S60 T5 as they were having a really good sale price and were a supporting member of a forum I post on (Volvospeed). I had to pre-order the set and wait about a month for it to ship, but they were up-front with that being the deal for getting the low price. They kept an open line of communication the entire time and were easy to get ahold of. The parts arrived new and in good shape, sans some of the parts moving freely about, but I attribute that to Koni's packaging and not NA Motorsports. All said, I've been looking for this setup for about two years now and they had the lowest price I'd seen since I started searching, and I'm very happy with the transaction.

Ordered a rack for my Bosch dryer on here since they were the lowest cost and had a decent rating on here (ResellerRatings).

Ordered on the 19th of March, product shipped on the 25th of March, and got here on the 31st of March. Not terrible for free shipping, but the problem is my order status never updated in my account page on their site.

The product came in perfect shape, came shipped via UPS and required a signature, and got here in about average time, so all things considered, pretty good. But no updates on the shipment status was kind of annoying.

I ordered a set of sheets from these guys that I found on Slickdeals. After all the iffy reviews, I was a little iffy about the order myself. But I charged it to a CC and figured worse comes to worse, I could simply do a charge back.

That said, I put in the order and got my sheets pretty quickly. The sheets feel great and matched the comforter I had perfectly! Item came as advertised and was brand new, and for the price, nothing locally could match them.

The only thing worth noting is the sheets were a sateen blend, which was not listed. However, to me that's not a big deal. It just gives them an overall better feel. But the local places wanted 2-3x as much as what they wanted, and all I had to do was wait a week.

I'd gladly order from them again.

Was looking for a specific product: Crucial M4 128GB SSD drive. They had the lowest price I could find, and as I had just missed a sale on another site for $7 less, figured I'd give them a try due to the great reviews on here.

Shipping was ground, so it took awhile, but I got shipping notification the same day I ordered, and it got here in good time. The unit works great, however, the item was shipped in a bubble sleeve, and as a result, the box got banged up pretty bad. The item works fine since SSDs have no moving parts, but it was worth noting.

Overall I'm happy, but would have liked to see some better packing.
