I've ordered several times from Bilsystem, AKA PCRightnow. This last time there was a missing mouse in my order. I emailed them about it immediately upon opening the package, which should have been 3 DDR memory chips, 2 ATX cases, 4 mice and 3 USB printer cables. They asked me to send back a copy of the packing slip which I did. Now they tell me they had packed all 4 mice and the shipper opened the box and stole one. They say I need to file an insurance claim with AirBorne. Well, this package was not opened and re-taped when I received it. At this point I feel very ripped off by them, not only due to the quantity but also the quality of the mice involved. They were pictured as Logitech look alike optical mice, described as ergonomic but are not ergonomic and not as pictured at all. I feel IF, and that's a huge IF, the shipper had opened the box to steal something, he wouldn't have opted for one of those cheap mice, when he had 3 DDR chips sitting right in front of him/her. Like I said, the packing box had not been tampered with and I won't file a claim with AirBorne so Bilsystem can get paid twice for a shoddy component. Back to NewEgg for my component purchases.

I've purchased from Micro Pro approximately 14 times in the past. I purchased custom computers from them for local government and home users. The previous purchases were handled in an excellent manner. This time, it appears Micro Pro is in serious trouble. They've lost the ability to charge Master Cards and Visas. The only response I got from them was when I told them to cancel this last order. Then they wanted an electronic transfer of funds. Since I wasn't born yesterday, I didn't comply. So I went to one of my other favorite resellers, mwave.com and had them build and test all the components I picked out. Just fired it up, very sweet system. Anyway I'll miss Micro Pro, but they leave me no choice. When I asked what their problem was, they said all they could say is they were restructuring. Somebody should tell them, You think it's hard getting customers? Try getting them back.
