Well I ordered the paracord for my two sons that wanted to make some money for the x-mas holiday (thats not going to happen). I placed the order October 9th 2011 and waited patienly then I nicely emailed them 10/20 just to get an update in between that time placed a few phone calls to no avail no answer. There was no response to my email so I waited some more. I called around November 19th and finally got to a human. I was told that my 6 weeks wasn't up yet (buy one day) and that a Huge order was coming in on the 30th and that my order would be fullfilled and sent right out. I asked about the email to no real response from the young lady. Then I asked for a refund and she said that when the order comes in I can call back and get my refund then but that I couldn't get it right then while I was on the phone with her. Sad to say but my kids have been ripped off yea it was only a 60 dollar order but it was money that they had earned and were trying to make more. What a crappy business I then have treid to call Today 12/1/2011 to not even getting a voicemail box saying that the phones are busy just the phone ringing and ringing. Guess it would have been better to buy the more expensive stuff here locally then try to support my home town. I don't want a Phone call from the owner I WANT MY STUFF I ordered

“I apologize that you have had the situation that you have had, The store is bombarded with thousands of emails a day and thousands of phone calls and although we have a dedicated CS rep to answer the emails and we have 3 phone lines, it is still very difficult for most people to get through. Because of this I have had the credit card company put my personal cell phone number on the billing statement of the customers so that you can reach me personally if your having problems getting through to the store.

Your credit card is charged immediately for the order because you are special ordering the cord, you are not ordering something in stock. And you agree to this as well as the waiting period when you checkout. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

If you can call me, I can look up your order and see whats still missing and we can figure out either some substitutions for you or we can just refund the remaining of the order, your choice. We had another shipment come in today however so we have a lot more colors to choose from if we don't have what your still missing.
