I am completely satisfied with my first Abt experience. The site had a 'click to see price' option on the TV I wanted. The response came back quickly with close to $60 less than the price shown on search sites. I called to make sure the price was for new (not refurbished or open box) and then ordered. The TV arrived on 3/14, 2 days ahead of the estimated delivery date (set at 3/16-3/21 on the order confirmation). Shipping was free, there was no damage to the box or TV and nothing was missing.

I ordered the Panasonic DMW-LT55 55mm 1.7x Telephoto Conversion Lens for my DMC-FZ150. It was not in stock and I received a warm, friendly e-mail letting me know it was unavailable and suggesting other sellers who might have one.

I called to find out when it might be available and they suggested an alternate-which I already have and do not like (too much blur at the edges).

Go back a year...Same situation but I did buy the alternate. After 3 month of trying and failing to get rid of the blur, one of the internal lenses came loose and rendered it useless. When I called iGadgets Now to complain and order the Panasonic lens, I was told they normally wouldn't deal with the issue but, since they had convinced me to buy the alternative, they would replace it so I wouldn't have to spend the extra on a new lens. They also told me if I didn't like it, I could return it and they'd send the Panasonic. Talk about service!!

To add to this wonderful customer service experience, they immediately knew who I was, my history and even offered to extend a credit toward a future purchase if I did purchase the lens elsewhere for a higher price. Since I really want to purchase the lens from them--and I can wait a month or so before I really need it--I have asked them to let me know as soon as it is back in stock.

With all the 'Customer Service' horror stories out there, it's a pleasure to find a company that offers the best.

To follow up...Last week I got a call from iGadget Now. The lens would be in any day and, if I approved, they would hold my other order (battery and charger) until the lens was available and send them all together. They arrived on Friday and I was able to try the lens this weekend. The lens does what I want and, once again, iGadget Now has provided excellent customer service.

I have bought from B&H several times and each time was very satisfactory. The web site is easy to use, the prices are generally reasonable--maybe not the absolute lowest available but pretty close. The service, safety and reliability make it well worth any additional cost. Everything I've bought has arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
