Terrible customer service, to reiterate what others have said. I ordered a macbook from them Saturday night. They tried calling me to verify the order but I didn't get the call. My bank called me and said they had Microcenter on the other line. I told them the charge was legitimate but I wanted Microcenter to call me to answer a question I had about the order -- I noticed they raised the price $100 from Friday. I never got an order confirmation notice that night, so I was concerned. Well, their online support people don't work Sunday (!!). I finally got through to customer support today, Monday, and told the lady (Donna) about my experience. She said my order was cancelled automatically because they couldn't reach me (!!) -- which is flat out not true, because I told them through my bank it was legitimate. She also couldn't unlock my account -- a supervisor would have to call. The supervisor never called, and I called back again and spoke to another customer service agent later that day, and said all the supervisors were "in a meeting". Reps were very condescending. Very poor customer service. Go ahead and keep my account locked -- I wouldn't be using it anymore anyway.
