This has to be the worst service that I have ever had from an online purchase. I ordered a new Shimano Crankset on July 6th, and I assumed it was already on its' way two weeks later. So, I logged onto the website to see if there is a tracking number, only to find out that my item was still being processed two weeks after I ordered it... I tried calling to see what was going on multiple times and it always went to the machine. I left a couple messages saying that I would like to cancel my order, yet still no reply, so I even emailed them and got the same result. I had no luck getting a hold of anyone, so I went on my paypal to open a dispute and the second I hit submit on my dispute I got an email from Canada Bicycle Parts saying I was credited my money back. I looked on paypal and there was no credit to be found. So i escalated my claim and after two more days Paypal was finally able to get them to respond and I finally got my money back. It was the biggest hassle I've ever had to deal with while ordering online. I strongly suggest you buy from a different seller or website. I ordered a new Crankset from eBay for $10 cheaper than Canadian Bicycle Parts and it even came with express 2 day shipping...
PS: Your little comment at the bottom is pretty lame. You didn't even e-mail me until two days after I had tried contacting you by phone or e-mail (During your stated business hours). It took me putting a claim through on Paypal to even get your attention. So, again I will say I've never had such bad customer service. There was a huge lack in communication.
