As my first experience with TEquipment, it has been both disconcerting, and excellent.
In my case, I had ordered a multimeter from TEquipment on January 13, and hadn't received any confirmation on shipment until January 31... After inquiring once (no stock), I waited another week, then attempted to cancel the order, as I needed the mulitmeter.
However, at that point the package had already been shipped (delayed by their changing of warehouses). After realizing this, TEquipment contacted me (they tried by phone first, but I was 3 floors underground :P), then by email, apologizing for the wait, and covering the shipping charges for the package.
The package arrived that same day.
Overall, my experience, even with the hiccup, was excellent, and will definitely look to them again for future needs.
