(I had two different styles saved in my favorites) I went to the website and used the online chat to try to resolve issue. I was told I could return the second pair for a credit of 1\/2 of their cost. I did not think that was fair, so I just kept them. I have had no issues with Zenni before and was not impressed with the CSR I talked to. She did not answer my specific questions in the chat and that was a little frustrating.
