STAY AWAY! Their warranties are useless. Sent a camera in for warranty repair & first took forever to get to it, then told parts were ordered. 5 days later they decided they were not going to repair under warranty, they said camera had impact. I can tell you the camera never had impact. I never ever dropped this camera. There was an error code. Guess they decided it was too expensive for them to repair under warranty. No way was I giving them more money to repair what should have been covered. Will NEVER deal with them again. Bought it through B&H & they (B&H)are fantastic, but I won't buy an extended warranty again.

Great experience as usual. (Sony Laptop, Xrite monitor calibrator,& Kensington laptop lock cable) Little delay because I ordered day before their holiday, but their next day back order was promptly shipped. Waiting on back order cable lock. I have purchased a lot of expensive items from B&H, I am always pleased at their great customer service & quality. They are my 1st choice for electronics/camera/TV's etc, etc. Buy from them, you will see what I mean.

First time using Vanns but did so based on their good ratings. The ratings were not wrong. Sevice was prompt, & email email communication great. Will definitely be in my online list of repeat stores.
