NEVER, EVER AGAIN! I purchased a groupon and thought it was the greatest deal...not! Apparently there are SPECIFIC arrangements you can use with the groupon, "specific" as in which ones FTD chooses! Inconsistent customer service, VERY RUDE representatives AND management. Will never use FTD again.
