Inventory levels on the web page are misleading. I tried to purchase from them but I could not pick up the product the same day because it was not in stock. I left an email for Mark the owner stated that I was "dissapointed" in his service. I received a phone call from him as a follow up and he was arrogant, rude , disrespectful and would not let me explain what actually happened. I was completely wrong and my opinion was was worthless.He even invited me to the location so he could verbally abuse me in person. Conversation ended by him telling me to take my business elsewere. (I did). If doing business with a person who is threatening, verbally abusive, rude , arrogant, and could care lees about you the customer you have found heaven.

Kahlon offered a great deal on PC3200 1gig kit. I was making a high end graphics machine on a deadline for my employer and ordered overnight. Received it next day in a box 25 times the size of the memory, in a small bubble envelope, taped on the inside with no other packing materials. Needless to say it was defective. There was errors all over them. It took 5 days to get an RMA because of not answering emails and stalling. I followed all the instructions they requested. After sending it back they emailed me again requesting not to asking me to flash the bios on a new out of the box Intel D865PERL. They pride themselves on customer service and guarentee. In my opinion if they did they would have not stalled and given me an RMA imediately. They will not acknowledge the error in packing nor answer my emails. I originally requested a replacement but after the last stall tactic email I have requested a full refund including the overnight freight charges. I have had to purchase the memory elseware after missing the deadline and getting repremanded for it. I tryed to save some money and I got what I have payed for. I requested the full refund 2 days ago and as per there past performance I have received no answer. At this point I doubt I'll see anything refund or replacement. I accept some responsibilty for ordering from them without any past history on a deadline. That was stupid especially after seeing the reseller rating. They should accept responsibility of the inadequate way it was shipped and take care of what should come first, THE CUSTOMER! At this point thats not their priority. BUYER BEWARE.
