I ordered a simple point and shoot lumix camera from these crooks and as many stories before me got called by there rep and said all this about the battery and sd card and and said I would be wise to upgrade. The camera came in with original battery and charger but my upgrade cost me over $200 for an extended life battery and an sd card that was not even formatted to shoot video. Called to return and the restocking fee is $90. What a joke. I have already reported to the NY BBB and am calling my creditcard company also. Should have read reviews before I was suckered. The web site says cheap that is the biggest lie.
