“Thank you for your order and review .We deeply regret your dissatisfaction, however, due to an administrative error the item you ordered was incorrectly posted on the website at $161 instead of the regular price of $3,164.00.
As there were no indications on the product page that this was a special promotion or sale item, we hope you will understand that this was purely down to a genuine human error and it simply would not be possible to fulfil anyorders we received at this price. Therefore, we have cancelled all the orders we received as per our pricing policy, which forms part of the terms and conditions of use of our website.
We really do care deeply about our customers and it troubles us when we cause disappointment. Please be assured that this matter has been taken seriously and alongside the immediate action taken to cancel the orders that cannot be fulfilled at the incorrect price, the Adorama management team is addressing the matter internally to help avoid anything like this occurring in the future.
