I ordered new anti virus on April 9, it arrived timely on the 14th. When I went to install the updated antivirus my computer rejected it. I contacted Kasperski about the problem and they informed me that my "key" was already used by someone else! When I went back to the package my new antivus had been shipped in, I noticed there was no invoice enclosed, only a card providing a phone number, only available 4 hours a day for inquiries. When I called the number it said due to large volume of calls they could not take any phone inquiries and I needed to contact them via e-mail. I had a 15 day period to return faulty security software.
Within a day of e-mailing cheapantivirus.com I recieved a message apologizing for any problems and they immediately issued a new antivirus key, which worked. They also asked if the package had been sealed, and it had. I believe they sold the software in good faith, the wrong key must have been a problem with Kasperski, since they are in charge of assigning keys for their software. Cheapantivirus.com is mearly a sales/distributor. My antivirus works fine, but I'm old-fashioned and still prefer talking to someone one-on-one over the phone, and four hours a day is still not enough time for any business to conduct proper customer service.
