Originally I ordered a netbook from Amazon but discovered it wouldn't ship for two to four weeks, putting the delivery time estimate right when I'd be on vacation. I cancelled the order and went with Beach Camera who was $10 higher, and still with free shipping. They listed 17 items left in stock. The next working day (Friday), there was no shipment of the item, so I sent an email telling them my problem with ordering from Amazon and that I hoped I would receive the netbook from Beach before I went on vacation. On Monday, Maurice replied and said the item was out but they expected a shipment within three to five business days. This made my worry factor go up a little, but not too much. However, the next day, I got a shipment notice and two days later, the netbook was in my hands. Fast shipment, product exactly as expected (and even better), and great customer service! Recommend highly!
