Land's End is the worst spammer I am currently trying to deal with. It sends me up to four spams per day.

Beware. If they get your e-mail address you will be spammed profusely, so never give it to them.

All my efforts to get them to stop have been ignored, unless that is what increased the volume of their spam to my mailbox.

KMart mail order (internet ordering) is not customer oriented. I tried to cancel an order within less than an hour and they refused, or rather their India-based customer phone answering service refused.

At Amazon I can cancel if I need to before the order is shipped.

At Kmart if you order something, it's yours. It cannot be canceled.

INSULT TO INJURY department: not only can you not cancel, you must pay to ship it back!

Never again, Kmart.

Rockauto rocks! Great web site for getting lots of details about a particular part, very prompt shipment and instant response to a problem. I usually look here first when ordering from the web.

Just got some parts from AutoPartswarehouse.com AKA Auto Parts Warehouse AKA US Auto Parts Virginia AKA OEM/PARTSBIN.

Their customer dis-service is handled out of India.

They sent me the wrong part. I ordered a part for a Mercury - they sent me one for a Honda. Now they are charging me 20% restocking fee plus I'm to pay the return shipping. I will send it back and dispute the charge on my VISA and notify the BBB in CA and VA.

Just a "heads-up." Don't buy anything from these, um, whatevers....
