This is my worst online buying experience ever. I bought EBC brake pads that were listed on Autopartsdealer.com that were supposed to fit my 2005 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner. After taking the time to dismount the tire and pull out a brake pad I found out they were the wrong size. I call get a refund and the person Mike was extremely rude and hung up on me after telling me that it was my fault that the brake pads were only for 4x4 which is untrue The EBC 6000 Greenstuff are for SUV's, light trucks and 4x4's. The "manager" Ben refused to return my call and just sent me a return authorization number but again said I was responsible for paying the return shipping even though it was their website fault I received the wrong pad. I tried to email Ben many times and never heard back. I even went as far to include a screen shot pointing out how their website was wrong. Ben has now blocked my email address because all of my emails now get bounced back. Awesome way to treat a customer. I come to find out through further research that these pads are for Tacoma 95-04. Customer service is a nightmare. Never ever ever buy through this site. It is worth the extra few dollars to buy through somebody else.

I am sure that manager Ben did not rear the above review. Four sentences from the bottom my review states that the pads sent to me by autopartsdaeler are not appropriate for ANY 2005 Tacoma, yet their website said they were upon purchase. Through further research, on my own, the pads I was advised to buy and sent from autopartsdealer only fit 95-04 Tacoma's. Again manager Ben never addressed this fact in his response. Stay away from this merchant.

Its a very common mistake for people to overlook the application when a vehicle has a different drive trains (2wd VS 4wd).
A return authorization was provide to you on several different occasions.
