Jon Boroughs and Andy Bowman did a fantastic job on getting my monitoring setup. It took all of 5 minutes on the phone changing programming in the DSC panel and I was good to go. Great followup with the Insurance Certificate as well.

At this time, I think the service I received from John and Andy was far superior to any local dealer I have dealt with. They answer email promptly and were available for my appoint at the time they said. This was unheard of with my local dealers.

Thanks for all your help and look forward to continued business.
