If software does not work properly due to no fault of yours or your hardware, do not expect any sympathy from this company. Not even a token consolation discount toward future purchases, like other decent vendors are offering.
Utterly insensitive fast-talking eager to hang up smart mouth representative not willing to listen to the problem kept interrupting, talking over me, repeating "company policy" like a broken record.
They have lower prices only on SOME, not on most software products. Shop around - there are plenty of reputable internet resellers offering the same software at a better price. Royal Discount is NOT an authorized reseller.
