I am looking for some help, I purchased the 3 year full in-home warranty with the computer system that I bought through VSC. Is there still a way to get in home service through their new identity As Seen On Tv PC or is it possible to go directly to BancTec for warranty service. Also, I am plan to call the attorney general to see if they can help me at all, but I would like to know if any one has had any recent experience. I would apreciate all replies. My purchase actually took place on Sept. 29, 1999.
