Exceptional experience - my order was received quickly and in perfect condition. Items rated EX or EX+ look almost brand new and work perfectly. When I had problems with an expensive f2.8 zoom lens it was replaced under warranty with absolutely no questions asked even though the trouble was intermittent and the KEH repair shop could not duplicate it. I have bought several expensive lenses from KEH and many cheaper accessories and recommend them to all my friends for great service, terrific warranty coverage and beautiful glass. Photography is just a hobby for me and if I can find used gear at KEH I would never buy new somewhere else.
