I finally called and they said there was a delay in shipping. Duh! I found out they needed to test the printer before shipping. The shipping department did not communicate with me, but information had to go through a middle person. Why they haven\u0027t tested it out yet in over a week and shipped it is hard to understand at this point, but I will try to be patient.
