I have seen some items packed less secure than others, but they offer a sound return policy, and most important- their equipment condition rating is solid. <br>They have had a number of Website issues of the last few years including denial of service hacks and blackouts. Something I never recalled in the previous decade before. They need to get this fixed before customers loose credit information to scammers.<br><br>They also do fine with orders, but speaking with a human is rare in my experience and emails do not always get answered.<br><br>Overall- Keh is great store with good rotating stock. “It is important to understand that KEH was never hacked, no one has ever breached our fire wall. However, we were the victims of a denial of service 'attack' where millions of hits were sent to our server overloading it and causing it to shut down to protect itself. Our customer's information was secure and never in jeopardy throughout this unfortunate incident.
