Loved the process. They messed up on shipping location (I asked for a 'hold for pickup' at my local FedEx/Kinko's) and when I let them know it was going to be a pain for me to pick up the next day at FedEx, they did right and gave me 3 more days of rental. That's customer service. The lenses arrived in excellent condition and worked perfectly. It was a pleasure doing business with these folks, and I'll do it again next time I want to try out some lenses that are normally "beyond my financial reach"...

Good experience. Ordered Wed, confirmation email on Thu, tracking number provided on Fri. Parts arrived on Monday. Excellent. That's what it should be like. Every online store should work like this. Will do business again when I need parts for my truck.

Yuk yuk and double yuk. They certainly had a great price on some brake rotors for my wife's lexus, but after a week of waiting for my parts to arrive (or at least see a credit card charge) I decided to check the status online. Turns out they had canceled my order without ever telling me. I call the phone number, the slightly rude customer service lady then proceeds to make strange noises in the phone while she researches what happened, and finally tells me that "they must not have that model available any more". What? How is that possible? Major brake vendor (bendix) for a vehicle that is less than 5 years old? I don't think so. I hung up in disgust. Bought my rotors elsewhere. Note: this company "outsources" to jcwhitney.com, so I suspect that they didn't sell me the part because jcwhitney doesn't carry it, but that's just a theory on my part.
