Had a long journey with my order from this store, though the result was eventually positive.

-Bought a pair of boots
-Turns out that they didn't stock it and the manufacturer had to ship it from the factory. Didn't really get a notice about this until I contacted them, wasn't personally an issue since I didn't have urgent need
-Went for about two weeks without further contact
-Turns out manufacturer took sweet time to ship
-Turns out manufacturer shipped wrong color
-Turns out that that I bought the wrong, cheaper version of the boots all along
-Customer service went ahead and upgraded me to the right version at no cost to me, sent the new boots pronto

So what was initially a mediocre if not problematic experience was made pleasant by their very accommodating customer service, who went and fixed both their errors and mine.

Purchased an ice crusher, and realized that I didn't need the product. Unfortunately, the order has already shipped.

Called up ABT, got prompt instructions on how to return. I was caught up with work business so the box sat in my office for a while. I followed the given instructions and shipped it back to ABT right before the deadline, and I got my credit promptly. Not the ideal situation since the order turned out to be erroneous on my part, but I received great service from ABT regardless.

I had some trouble looking for a desk to my liking. After finding a couple of desks to my liking, I decided to call customer service for advice. I was helped by a gentleman named Kelley who was not only polite and informative, but helped me with a custom order that fit my needs and ended up costing me less money than my lowest initial option. Fantastic experience with this company thus far.

Having made a couple of purchases with no issues from this store, I hit a snag with my third one and they had a shipping error which kept my orders from going out, as I later found out. I called them up on the day of expected delivery and they upgraded a part of my order (original is out of stock) AND they're overnighting this shipment for Saturday delivery, all at no additional cost to me. If you worked in shipping and logistics, you know that this is a pretty huge and costly upgrade. Major compliments to Monoprice for great prices, product, and now, customer service as well. They'll be getting my business and my highest recommendations in the future.
