I ordered Columbia comforter set for 38 dollars and $2 shipping, it was shipped within 3 days. The comforter is for sale on another websites including amazon for $80+. My order arrived quickly, in great condition! I was thrilled with my purchase. I did have some problems with checking out, I couldn't pay via paypal or credit card I don't remember exactly what the problem was at this moment, I know I had to create google account (which I didn't really need) to pay otherwise nothing worked, but it's ok, I saved a lot. I did contact customer service about the problem but they never responded. I ordered from LNT (older company) in the past and I did have problems with customer service and with my order not being shipped in a timely manner, some items were missing when I finally received it. I was hesitant to order again, by I guess new company worked great for me.

I don't know what happened to this store???? They used to be very good. I have been getting several ads per day, and finally decided to buy two pillows, free shipping any order. I ordered pillows and later I got an email saying "Thank you very much for shopping at SmartBargains.com. We are sorry to inform you that the product listed below has become unavailable, you order has been canceled". The product was still for sale weeks after my order.... I said ok, and ordered from somewhere else. Well, the actual reason they canceled my order was because they didn't want to stand behind their advertisement and ship it for free!!! Why send so many, sometimes 4-5 per day promotion emails if you don't want to give these promotions??? They emailed and asked me to pay for shipping, but this is not what got me, I got mad because they charged my credit card without even processing my order. Why? if you're not going to ship anything? I had to email and ask them to refund my money. It took a couple of weeks to get it back. Never again!

I am glad I found reviews after I placed my order... as it sounds like a totally different store. I did not have any problems with karatedepot.com. In fact customer service was great, they were very helpful and responded to my inquiries promptly. My first order was shipped within less than 24 hours. I got wrong size, and placed second order which was shipped the same day. Return took one week to process. But again, they did respond within a few hours when I asked about its status. Overall, great experience, and I am going to order again from them in the future. They have best prices on karate uniforms, the shipping charge was $2.95 (some stores wanted $15 to ship the same uniform), and speedy delivery.
UPDATE. I placed third order with this company, and I am very happy again. Fast shipping, great customer service!

I love jcrew BUT I wish they stuck to their sizing because I am tired switching between sizes even thought I am the same size for years, I am not shrinking THAT much! I am small but some tops run so huge I need size xxsmall. It takes a few orders before you get something that fits because they change their sizes every season or so, it wastes a lot of money and time, during the same season I need some tops in small, some in extra small, some 2 or 4, bottoms 0 or 2!! I would like to note that I totally agree with some of the reviewers below because I experienced the same problem with jcrew fit and color. I ordered a few tees and they were way too narrow in the shoulder area but fit well on my body, they are also much longer than pictured, if it's below waist on model, it's going to hit below hip in reality, and I am not short, larger size is too big but shoulders are still narrow. So you are stuck, can not order smaller or larger size, nothing will fit right. The colors on the website are often inaccurate, ie I ordered shirt in red which looked pretty barn red on the website, it was awful bright pinkish tomato red, still laying in my closet, embarrassed to wear. I recently bought a pair of boot cut corduroy jeans, according to their web I am size 2 regular, and that is true, I used to wear j crew size 0 and 2 last year, I did not get skinnier, well let me say, these pants looked enormous, I also did not know 5.7 considered short? I bought "regular" pants, they are 3 inches longer than they should be. J.crew is known for a general cut but these are way way too big, wide, long, baggy. It doesn't matter what size I get, they do not look like pictured on model at all! They fit like men's pants, no butt, no hips, no waist, no nothing, just like I put carhartts, common jcrew?? If I wear small I want to get that size, I don't need clothes marked as xs or small that actually fit Large, it doesn't help anyone!!! There is nothing wrong with being large, but if someone size large wants to wear small sizes, they should take care of it by themselves, marking big sizes way way down doesn't change anyone's butt in reality!!! I put three orders last two months, everything (pants, tops) was huge. My xsmall top (looked fitted on the model) would easily fit my large mom with a lot of extra room. Outerwear does run true to size.

This is my first order from walmart.com and the last one, yeah. I will keep ordering from amazon in the future. I bought a few books with stickers, great books even if they have no stickers, but kids love stickers, I thought great gift from Santa for kids in our building. Amazon had them in stock but without stickers, at walmart.com it was mentioned everywhere, CAPITAL LETTERS! in description, in my shopping cart, in my order page, in my invoice inside the package """WITH STICKERS""", the picture of the book had a seal "stickers included", all books I received had no stickers. I passed the deal on amazon and paid $9 for shipping just to get these darn stickers. Nobody emailed and let me know about any changes, or perhaps they just don't care what and how they advertise. I just could get free shipping and an extra free book on amazon for less. No, I do not have time to do returns or place new orders at this time. huh walmart... thanks

I ordered 3 times, and had enough. Pajama size small was bulky (the top) and almost fit my XL husband. Everything can be hit and miss. Most clothes do not fit as pictured, please note, I am not a model but still size 2/4, the cut is ridiculous. It's very obvious that they alter everything before taking pictures, and they do it to the point of totally misrepresenting item. I bought some tops that hit at the hip on the pictures, but in reality they were 10 inches longer, some tops were baggy at waist but pictured fitted, bust, shoulders do not fit as shown on models at all, underwear oh my, huge like parachutes, and horrid panty lines, they look really nice online, but this is not what you're going to get. Stuff made mostly by Moda international, cheap quality, I don't really understand the hippy about VS?? Buy at your own risk. I will never order again. In fact I received so many coupons last month, i.e. $20 of $20, you know, I searched and searched and searched and couldn't find a thing I wanted to order even for free, lol.

I love sierratradingpost, I wish I had more money so I could shop there more often :o) I ordered from STP many times, love their discounts, great prices, good quality merchandise, sometimes you may get low quality item, i.e. I bought a set of dish towels for a couple of dollars, and they were horrible, but hey, 3 rags for 2 dollars and I will use them anyways, no complaints, and the rest of my order was great, in general I am always thrilled with my order, especially when you get high quality $500 item for $100 or less. I never had any problems returning anything. I was always happy with my purchases and only returned/exchanged a couple of times due to the fit/sizing, but they do try to warn you if something runs small or large. Their customer service is very polite and helpful. I spoke with lady over phone once, she was very sweet and friendly, I felt like she really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I don't like one thing, if you review the product and mention that there is something wrong with it they will not publish your review, they MIGHT but AFTER item sells out! I recently purchased rush guard for my son, and the description said it had long sleeves, in fact the sleeves were 3/4, way too short for a boy's top, none of the reviews mentioned this as well, now I know why, their reviews weren't published just like mine! I left two reviews saying that the top is cute and very well made but I would not recommend it for boys unless you know the cut is weird, 2 weeks passed, none of my reviews are there, but they keep emailing and asking to review my purchase! I also left review for dish towels I mentioned above, they never published it as well but after item wasn't available for sale anymore I found my review in my account, and only I can access and read it!!! hello??

Great Customer Service, I ordered wrong size sandals for my Mom first time, I called and asked CS if it was possible to switch sizes because I didn't have time to do returns/exchanges after order ships and they did it, no problems and very polite! Second order went smooth as well.
