However, as I write this email, it is now July 28, and I have still not heard anything regarding the status of my order.<br><br>Since the website requests that all inquiries be sent via email to their customer service department, I have sent emails to request the status of my order. I have even called their offices and left a voicemail. All of my correspondence has gone unacknowledged.<br><br>All I want to know is if I need to go elsewhere to purchase my glasses. Their customer service is very very bad.
