After securing a great price on a Macbook cover ($30 cheaper all inclusive) it arrived just 4 days later, sent from Hong Kong. Unfortunately on arrival, its was a 13" and not 15". I immediately contacted Accessory Jack - Guess what NO PROBLEMS. Jonny from the service dept immedialty dispatched at 15" cover with sincere apologies... Brilliant service and I only wish all online interactions were as professional. Well Done to all at Accessory Jack, thanks for the speedy and effective follow up.
