I bought the exceed Rc f18. Plane came and the design had no wing spars. I called and after 2 hours on hold talked to a guy that told me this set up worked fine for the company pilots. Well it didn't work fine for me, now I'm trying to get a refund I told them that I was told I was told the set up worked fine, and they are telling me I am lying. Here is the funny part. The guy that told me it works fine for company pilots is the same one telling me I'm lying. Funny huh?. F this company. They are rip off artists. They should all be arrested for fraudulent business practices and theft. I will never use this company again. Please if you read this I'm sure the good posts are employees. Don't buy from this company........ ok after some complaining on Facebook I have had my problem resolved and was told I would have to pay return shipping, but they would exchange my plane for another one of equal value, well almost equal value. I still think their phone manners suck a fatty but the gentleman named James I spoke with resolved my issue. So I will give them another shit and I am once again satisfied.

This company is fraudulent. I purchased an Rc plane from them. They apparently have more than one company name. I Google the address for nitro planes.com and came up with this company name. Looked at the reviews and its the same horrible reviews for both companies. Anyways I got a plane that the wings folded up in flight. There was no wing spar, I found this to be quite odd for an edf jet Rc plane. I called the customer service and emailed the tech department and was reassured by both that this set up worked for the company pilots with no problem. Well this was not true in my case. The wings folded on the first flight. I have tried repeatedly to get a refund and I get Hung up on after hours on hold to talk to someone for two minutes. I have called everyday for two weeks and get the same guy. Once he figures out that its me he hangs up on me. I have emailed the tech department explaining that I called upon reviving my plane, that I followed the directions to a t and what happened, and the response," we don't cover crashes, have a nice day". This company is a scam, sham, fraudulent, and over all the owner should be arrested for fraud and theft of honest hard working hobbiers that just don't want to pay an ARM and a leg for stuff. But ill tell you this, I will gladly pay an ARM or leg for a product I know will work as advertised, and for some Damn customer service.
