Ordered some motorcycle items and received an email confirmation saying I'd get tracking information within 1-4 working days. That window came and went, no tracking info. Later my credit card was charged, but not for the amount on the invoice. I sent an email and was told one item was out of stock but would be in shortly. Weeks later I still hadn't received any information about the order, so I called. I was told the item was still out of stock and they were unsure when it would be in. I told them to send whatever they had of my order, since they'd already charged me for it, or else I'd cancel the entire order. Shortly thereafter I received the part of my order that they had charged me for.
