I placed two orders of Canon EOS Rebel XSi Digital Cameras on this website yesterday and today. The orders transacted but immediately thereafter were canceled by them, which is fine with me but when i called the customer service wanting to verify if in fact that is the truth and to see if my credit card was reversed due to the cancellation. Instead getting an educated operator, the dick-head owner who rudely told 'your orders are canceled and do not place any more orders!!' He further said, 'you don't speak english...it is canceled!' Yet, he never told me whether my credit card was charged to the transaction and/or it has been reversed and credited back to the card. As a customer i'm extremely concern with my credit and money. I could not believed his level of professionalism is lesser than a little 6-year-old kid.
