Beyond Amazing - My only regret is only being able to buy her one engagement ring from Emma Parker & Co. I will certainly be back for more jewelry in the coming years...
Having recently proposed to my girlfriend, (with a "Yes," thankfully!), I am now free to write about my experience with Emma Parker & Co., and there are simply not enough ways to describe how Tim Andre made such a monumental transaction both enjoyable as well as seamless. Tim was the consummate professional throughout our transaction, and always treated my purchase as though I was his sole customer. There was never a feeling that Tim was too busy to deal with the details, and from his rapid responses I wondered if he ever slept at all! Even during a massive convention in Las Vegas, Tim was able to assist me by providing numerous photos of various rings until I found "the one," a tension-set ring that has delighted my new fiancee beyond measure and caused enough "oohs" and "aahs" to allow me to be unabashedly proud of myself.
When I had found the setting I wanted, I advised Tim that I was hoping for a blue sapphire center stone, and within days he had found one that has continued to captivate both my fiancee and I. It is simply amazing, and as I was purchasing from abroad, he routinely sent me high-quality images so that I could see every aspect of the ring. Even the diamond side stones were perfect. When I had some trouble finding a shipping address for such an important item, Tim was very understanding and allowed me the necessary time to locate somewhere suitable.
For all the men who are scanning the internet feverishly for a ring for their future bride, trying to find "the store," I can tell you, in no uncertain terms, that you have found it in Emma Parker & Co. There is nothing like the feeling of seeing, out of the corner of your eye, your new fiancee admiring her ring quietly with "that" smile, and I will always be thankful that I bought it from Emma Parker & Co., and had Tim there to help me throughout the entire process. The pricing was excellent in regards to the stone and setting, and I am tremendously satisfied in terms of value.
It is rare to find a businessman that can transform an online, international transaction into an informative, thorough, and enjoyable experience, and Mr. Andre managed to do so with such a pivotal purchase as this engagement ring.
