I've had my PC from Radioactive a while now and have yet to find anything negative to mention about my experience with them. Their customer service has been excellent, and I felt I was involved in every step of the build process.

The PC came in and worked right out of the box.
Upon opening the case the attention to detail and quality turned from promise to reality - everything was neat and well laid out. It was immediately evident that a large amount of forethought and attention had been given every aspect of the process.

My decision to buy from them stemmed from wanting a higher end PC at a reasonable price. I had enough knowledge to know exactly what I wanted, but didn't want to put it together myself - it was the best of both worlds to be able to design my computer and still have the peace of mind that it had been put together and approved by a professional.

I would highly recommend Radioactive PC to anyone looking to buy a new PC.
