I sent them an email explaining my conundrum and they asked me to return and it would be replaced (with shipping to be paid my me). I shipped it out in Dec 2011. <br><br>We are approaching 3 months and I still have not received my replacement unit or heard anything back from them after sending 4 emails and trying \u0022live\u0022 chat multiple time (no responses). I tried calling on two occasions and failed to reach a live person after 25+ minute waits. I now am out the money for the unit, shipping back, and am still without a IR\/RF\/IR unit to work by boxes from the other room.
