Strike One: I ordered a toner cartridge for one of my 30 printers and they sent me the wrong item. No big deal, It happens to everyone. I rechecked the invoice, I did order the right one and the right one was supposedly shipped but the item I got was definately not the same. So I called them up and told them it was wrong and after haggeling a while I got them to ship me the right one. It took another week to show up so we are at 2 1/2 weeks now...
Strike Two: Right after that I get an email from their boy Benny who states they are the same product with different numbers and is obviously not true and that they did nothing wrong and that it is my fault... Not a way to treat the customer guys!!! So, I open the replacement cartridge and it is right.
Strike Three: It came with an RMA form and a UPS return label. Only thing is they are so cheap that I will have to pay $10.00 to get it picked up.
Now I will be damned before I am going to pay to get the wrong product they shipped to me, back to them... They can come get it if they want it and I will never ever EVER buy another product from this incompetent and foolish vendor.
