That same day I received an email that they would be closed until Oct. 3 for Succos Holiday. On Oct 4 I received an email stating my order was cancelled due to overwhelming response. It is now Oct 17 and I have not received a refund and they will not answer emails and when I finally got through by phone, they will not answer why they are holding my funds.
