via paypal. This store told me that I can return the product and get a refund minus the shipping. I emailed them 3 times, and got no response. Filed a several claims and finally got a response to get send it back, so I did. My tracking showed that they have received the product, but I never heard from them again nor have I received my refund. I have recently filed claim to paypal. Do not purchase anything from this seller. Things DO NOT come with a printed invoice and you have to print one out yourself through your payment services. If you EVER return anything, you will never get your money back. This guy has a history of not refunding his buyers. His Ebay ID is "(www.terascout.com)". Don't support a shady organization/business. You are just losing in the long run.

I made an order on July 26,2006. The site said it was supposed to take 16 days for it to arrive so i waited until August 12, 2006. Still no package. I contacted customer service and I received a response 2 days later stating that my order is currently packaging and I will be notified with a confirmation of shipment with tracking 48 hours from then. 48 hours pass and still no email. i waited 2 more days and still nothing. I contacted them again regarding the situation and still no word. It is August 20th today and I just contacted again. If i do not receive a satisfactory response to this message within 24 hours, I will contact paypal and my credit card company of your fraudulent business practice.
