They do not have a technical support line or anyone who can answer questions or help with an issue. They do not offer standard warranties with their products (as do competing manufacturers) -after 30-days you\u0027re finished! Anything more than 30-days and you have to purchase a warranty. The sales personal in the stores are of the lowest caliber. They know little about the products and they just tell you whatever they think you want to hear - if you ask a question about a product they just pick up the box and try to read what\u0027s on the box.
