I will never order anything from this company again!!! I ordered a bathroom vanity online on Jan. 2. It said it was in stock when I ordered it. My credit card was charged on Jan. 3, but when I checked on Jan. 7, it still hadn't been shipped! (why was my card charged before it shipped?) So I called and was told it has been discontinued and was not in stock. Again, if it wasn't in stock, why was my card charged, why did it say it was in stock, and why wasn't I notified that it had been discontinued? I told them to cancel the entire order (I had also ordered a sink) on Jan. 7th. They said it had been cancelled and I would receive a credit to my card. I checked today (Jan. 16th) and it has STILL not been cancelled, nor has my card been credited! Talked to a supervisor today and was told it would take him 10 to 15 minutes and I would receive an e-mail. 30 minutes later, no e-mail. Called back, and he said it would be done by end of business today! We'll see. If I don't get the credit by tomorrow, I'll be taking further action against the company! Good luck if you order from them!
