I have no idea what status my order is in for no one will answer the phone except for the BAIT and SWITCH call i received on Friday this week. I did not take the bait and told them to leave my order as is. Asked about when the item would be shipped, answer is 24 hours.. 24 hours from WHEN? Im sure i will not get my item but will update this when i am told the item is not in stock and the order is cancelled. I SURE hope they do this and i can quit worring about this HORRIBLE experience. I assure you i am not a competitor of this company for if that were true, this company would not be in business for one good sale would ruin this company. I will update later this week but for those of you contemplating purchase from here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I answered yes and to this date - August 21, 2010 - i have not recieved a refund. Many phone calls were made 2 were answered, one told to wait a few more days, 2nd was should be any day now. 5 months later nothing... now no call go answered, live chat - no one available - fax to company demanding my refund has had no results. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are scammers. I will be filing with Visa to get my money back on Monday and chalk this one up to a learning experience. Look elsewhere with a repitutable company before you purchase.<br><br>Feb 2011 - still no refund from this horrible company, still not answering the phone. Its time for the BBB and a lawyer.
