Dealing with shark systems,has been the worst experiance i have ever had,and the nightmare isnt over yet! ordered 3 benq mp782st projectors on 02-14-2011,they said they were in stock and would ship 3day ups,waited a week never saw anything,called talk to the lady who answers their phone she said she has no idea where my stuff is and that she cant be of anymore help to me,she would forward my request to someone but wouldnt tell me who. never heard a thing from anyone,called again 3 more times to find out whats going on same thing she said im sorry i cant help you (WTF) then they wouldnt answer anymore phone calls from me and would not reply to any emails i sent. so i finaly called my credit card company to dispute the charges,as nothing had been sent and they wouldnt even reply to an email. i sent them an email telling them just that and also to cancel my order and put the 3200.00 back on my credit card, now this is march 10th 2011, they send me a shipment notifacation telling me they have one projector and that it has been shipped after i told them not to do so and cancel my order,first of all i dont need 1 projector i needed 3, so when there package shows it will be refused,as i have already ordered other projectors from a reputable company and there already here. these people are the biggest scammers i have ever dealt with, what ever you do dont be a damn fool and spend a penney of your money with them!!!!
