LOVE these guys. As I would think most would, I had a lot of trepedation about buying furniture online. Granted, you still don't know exactly what you're getting because you can't inspect it, but the descriptions they gave were very accurate. However, what seperates these guys out is their customer service. They are on top of any questions you have with both return calls and emails. I had a problem with split shipping that they solved (and even absorbed some of the cost!). Lastly, the manufacturer had delayed one piece to the point where I had to go somewhere else and they cancelled the order without any questions or pressure and refunded the amount within 24 hours. They could not have been more responsive or treated me better as a customer. Thanks Debbie.
