Worst online shopping experience ever. I placed my order on 4/3/2012 11:10:48 AM and it still wasn’t shipped. Three e-mails to customer service wasn’t answered, they just take my money and now ignore me. Going to start Better Business Bureau complaint.
UPD: After this review things went much better and my problem was solved in a timely manner. I was offered FD’s apologies and my order was shipped. I thank Vicky and Craig for good assistance.
