Horrible site. Horrible customer service. They make it a habit to ignore you. I bought the "Shadow Ops" sniper from their site and it came heavily faded and scratched. Looking like a used product. Then I asked them what the big deal was, forwarded them pictures and even a video, it took them weeks to get back to me. By then I was so thoroughly pissed I no longer wanted an exchange. So I told them this and they said "sure, there'll be a 15% restocking fee if you return this". So of course, I agree to that. Not like I had a choice. They force me to pay shipping (about $30 for something of this weight) and then when they finally process the return (about 2 weeks after receiving it) they send me an email alerting me of the refund. They gave me $113.40 for my refund. I paid $165.02 total for the product. So essentially I got $83.40 back for the most likely used product I paid $165.02. That's almost half of what I paid as my refund. And when I asked them the big deal, they made up a half-***ed excuse and when I emailed them back they completely ignored me and haven't responded for weeks.

I recommend strongly against ever purchasing from this retailer.

I do not recommend buying from this restaurant. My first order with them I never tipped the driver(not because I'm mean, but because I forgot to) and yet the driver wrote a tip in for himself in the field. Which, after an extensive and long talk with the store, was resolved by, not giving me a refund of the overcharged amount but instead by telling me the next time I ordered I could request a discount of that amount. Yes, they did that. And they also told me that the driver wasn't allowed to do what he did, but it's also a common occurrence.

And then just 3 days ago I ordered pizza with my credit card, and when the driver came I wrote in the tip in the field but gave him cash so I put "$2.00 as cash". Guess what? My charge on my statement went from $13.01 to $15.01. I suggest you don't deal with Dominos at all, the drivers are sketchy and the customer support is complete crap (they just tell me "we'll have them call you") and then the person who calls just offers that "discount on the next order".

I recently purchased a Netbook off of Ebay and I decided I needed a mouse for it. I decided to find one on Newegg to buy it, I found a nice sleek one that looked interesting and purchased it on the 9th. I used the "ShopRunner 2Day Shipping" option to get free 2 day shipping so I'd have it right on time for my trip tomorrow. I received it today to find it was all scratched up, I contacted them in the chat and they said it was scratched up because it was a "recertified" product and then they said that recertified is pretty much the same thing as refurbished. It isn't, they advertised it as a refurb, which means it was repaired in some way, but they sent me a recertified product, which means it was looked over, "accepted" and allowed to be sold again. We settled on a $10 "courtesy" gift card to compensate for my trouble. I agreed to that instead of returning it because I urgently needed it for tomorrow. I got it out later and tried to use it, when I wouldn't work I investigated and found that the receiver it came with was a "Targus" one and not a "Logitech" one which is why it wouldn't work. Not only did they falsely advertise it, they sent the product not whole, they didn't ship the right receiver with it. Thus rendering it useless. So now I'll have to go out late to replace it with my own money because I'm still waiting for my refund, effectively wasting time (and gas money for the trip) I could be preparing for my trip on Thursday the 12th.

Edit: They've helped resolve the issue. I didn't get a replacement in time for my trip but they got my the new version discounted.

Moral of story: Stay away from Newegg's "Refurbished" products.

Edit: Currently relating with one of their customer service officials via email, looks like they'll resolve my issue.

Edit 2: They've solved the problem. It took a little longer then expected but it's better then nothing.

Edit 4: Well, they got back to me and decided to move things along again. I can't say I'm extremely satisfied but as I said above, better then nothing.

Ordered a directional wireless antenna and a graphics card I(and many others) thought was a great deal. The antenna didn't work at all, so I contacted them to return and get a refund, they said they would be sending the return label soon. 10 days later they haven't done ANYTHING, no return label. The graphics card I got had to be reseated a week after purchasing it, and then another week after that I had to reseat it yet again, but that time it didn't work(today). So I went to the website to see if I could contact them about that, and the site gives a "DNS Error" page. So I call them(had their number via email), when going to the customer service area all I get is a message saying "Due to high call volume we cannot accept your call, please visit our website for more support.", I can't visit the website, so I use the "product inquiry" option, and what do you know! Near instantly a rep picked up, and the second I mentioned "support" he hung up. Horrible customer service much?

Bottom-Line: Don't EVER, EVER, purchase from this merchant.

Side-note: The graphics card I ordered came with horrible packaging(just some bubble wrap and paper) and had no instructions, box, or anything whatsoever.

Edit: Now you're making up more bullshit, I called that line.

Edit #2: So both got returned, said I would receive a refund within 5 days(after they said they received the products).

1 month later I still haven't gotten my refund. Currently contacting a friend for legal advice.

I ordered a wireless camera with night vision and a remote display on the 10th, it's the 21st and my order status is till "Printed", while the FAQ says the order should be shipped within 10 days(it's been 21 days).

1SaleaDay has contacted me, they have refunded $20 for my troubles.
