Ordered a directional wireless antenna and a graphics card I(and many others) thought was a great deal. The antenna didn't work at all, so I contacted them to return and get a refund, they said they would be sending the return label soon. 10 days later they haven't done ANYTHING, no return label. The graphics card I got had to be reseated a week after purchasing it, and then another week after that I had to reseat it yet again, but that time it didn't work(today). So I went to the website to see if I could contact them about that, and the site gives a "DNS Error" page. So I call them(had their number via email), when going to the customer service area all I get is a message saying "Due to high call volume we cannot accept your call, please visit our website for more support.", I can't visit the website, so I use the "product inquiry" option, and what do you know! Near instantly a rep picked up, and the second I mentioned "support" he hung up. Horrible customer service much?
Bottom-Line: Don't EVER, EVER, purchase from this merchant.
Side-note: The graphics card I ordered came with horrible packaging(just some bubble wrap and paper) and had no instructions, box, or anything whatsoever.
Edit: Now you're making up more bullshit, I called that line.
Edit #2: So both got returned, said I would receive a refund within 5 days(after they said they received the products).
1 month later I still haven't gotten my refund. Currently contacting a friend for legal advice.

Our apologies, I have looked into this case and it appears that the support number you called was actually for the manufacturer of the product and not our 800-800-8300 customer service line.
