Horrible. I ordered a bluetooth device for my phone, transaction was smooth, received the device in a reasonable amount of time. They obviously grabbed the device and its parts out of a bag of a thousand because they were all thrown in a clear plastic bag, including device, charger, and rubber earpiece. The problem was, the rubber earpiece was not made for this phone, it was round, generic, and does not fit in ones ear. Looking at the images online of this device it was clear they just threw any old rubber ear piece into the bag and then shipped it.
I sent an email asking for the correct earpiece, no response. I called three separate times, and in all three instances when I reached a rep I was told by him "I am currently finishing another call can I place you on hold for a while", yes, "a while". Why was I taken away from the queue with their wonderful hold music to be put on a "beep beep" hold? I waited 30 minutes each time and never got to speak to a person again.
Terrible customer service, buyers beware.
