I also ordered from shop.crackberry.com and have nothing but praise for this vendor.

First, I placed my order on a Monday and received the order the following day via UPS ground. Admittedly, I live in the same state from which the order shipped but, regardless, that's still excellent service.

Second, one of the items was defective right out of the box (manufacturing defect - definitely not the vendor's fault). A quick call to Customer service was all it took; within minutes I had one email with a printable return shipping label and another email with a tracking number for the replacement. Nice!

Finally, pricing is competitive at the very worst and, from my research, among the lowest. I certainly couldn't find any of the four items I ordered for less elsewhere.

Overall, I'm completely satisfied with this reseller.

EDIT: The replacement for the defective item I returned (mentioned above) arrived the following day. Great service!

I ordered two of the same item. Microsoft trackballs that were surprisingly cheap from this company.

I thought this was a DEAL, but to my SURPRISE, when I opened the package, it was pretty obvious that both units had been repackaged. They were both in the retail packaging but the seals were broken, the cords had clearly been rewrapped, etc. So, the very best case scenario was that these items had been previously returned. Hopefully, unused but there's really no way to make that determination. Suffice it to say that the description indicated the items were "Brand New".

Oh well, at least the company has an appropriate name: Dealsurprise.

Simply miserable: a Father's day gift ordered on June 12th, using 2nd day air, with a delivery date of June 15th that never arrived.

The only information available on the web site was "pick in progress" (whatever that means). Without mentioning the product, let's just say it is one that is readily available from a number of merchants including the likes of OfficeMax, Staples, and Walmart. Subsequent to the order with Ebuyer, I noticed that Office Depot even has these things available for next day delivery at about the same price.

The worst thing, IMHO, is the fact that, at this point, there isn't even a way to cancel the order. Since it appears to have be drop-shipped or something, the "cancel order" button on the Ebuyer website is greyed-out. So now it's a matter of sitting and waiting for the item to arrive and only God knows when that will happen (don't even have a tracking number yet).

Pathetic service and a big disappointment. No one in our household will be ordering from these people again, that's for sure.

Do yourself a big favor and pass on ordering from this company.

Over the years, I've placed literally hundreds of orders over the internet and this was the first time EVER that I had an order cancelled because the company said there was a 'problem validating the information I provided'. My credit card was entered correctly as was my name, address, phone number, and other pertinent information.

Frankly, I don't think they really wanted to sell me the item at the price at which it was offered.....about $50 lower than Buy.com's price.

Whatever the reason, I wasted my time and effort ordering from what I suspect to be a company that appears to be playing games with stock and pricing. As I said, I've never had this type of "verification" problem before and it's a bit suspicious that they would pull this kind of thing on a item they lowballed in terms of price.

Further, the customer service rep gave me short shrift on the phone stating that there was nothing he could do on his end because the system 'didn't let him see the exact nature of the problem with the order'. Uh, WHAT???? Makes me wonder why they even bother with a customer service department.

Received order within a week or placing it. Box was well packed and in excellent condition. Item was exactly as expected and the price was competitive.

Based on this order and this company's record of excellent customer service, I highly recommend it.

Order placed 1/18 and received 1/25 via FedEx ground.

Good communication, excellent price, and fairly prompt shipment. I guess I'm spoiled because I've received orders from some vendors a couple of days after placing the order. This took a week but I'd probably order from them again, anyway, provided I wasn't in a big rush to get the item.

One thing I noticed, though, was the box was rather poorly packed and only one strip of clear, plastic sealing tape was used to seal the box. In fact, the tape had separated and the box was partially open. Thus, not sure whether I'd be confident in ordering anything fragile.

Placed an order on 1/18 (birthday gift). Received the order 1/21 with UPS 3 day Select. Order was adequately packed, considering the contents, and arrived in perfect condition.

I recommend this company. Their web site is clear and easy to use, their prices are low (check out the clearance items), and they obviously care about getting the merchandise to the customer.

I've ordered from this outfit a couple of times in the past. Each time it was pretty much the same process; place the order, receive an order confirmation, wait, wait, wait, and then, without warning, the package arrives. No order status updates, shipping confirmation, nothing from them after they confirmed the order was placed.

The only reason I order from them at all is they offer a couple of products I can't seem to locate elsewhere.

I haven't been burned by them in the sense that an order I placed didn't get here BUT I really hate the lack of communication after an order is placed AND the fact it seems to take forever for the order to arrive.

In sum, if you're in a rush to get your order or are looking to receive something by a certain date, I'd forget about using this company and look elsewhere unless and until they get their act together with respect to prompt shipment and communication.

Hey, I just downloaded and installed a s/w program from Handango within the last hour. Everything went very smoothly and I received my registration code in under a minute after completing the purchase.

But, geez! From looking at the reviews here, I hope I never need to contact customer service and I also hope I only got billed ONCE!

So far, though, I have to say I'm satisfied because I haven't run into any problems. HOWEVER, I most definitely WILL edit this review should I experience any problems in the future.

Purchased some screen protectors from this company on January 3rd which arrived on January 6th. I specified 2nd day so they shipped promptly and the package arrived on schedule.

The product seems to be of infinitely higher quality than comparable products available via electronics, office supply, et al, stores. It's a thin, crystal clear sheet that floats on top of the screen rather than "sticks" to it, fits into the edges of the device and is easily installed. So far, I can't really tell that the protector is even there; the screen appears the same as before the sheet was installed.

Highly recommend this company and this product.
